"Stone retaining wall From the moment we contacted Belden through the completion of our project, Belden Libby was responsive, patient and transparent. We had a deteriorating timber retaining wall that was allowing soil washout and water issues around the foundation as well as settling of the natural stone approach to the front entrance and settling of the front steps and deck itself. He was able to explain to us what was happening, the cause, and made recommendations as to remedy. He submitted a thorough proposal and was very patient answering every question posed to assure I understood his recommendations. He and his crew are reliable and did an excellent job. They removed all overgrown plant material, removed the old rotting timber retaining wall and steps along the back of the house, as well as removing the old stone retaining wall. He then regraded everything, installed drainage to direct any water from gutters away from the house and foundation, completely rebuilt a new boulder/stone retaining wall, rebuilt the natural stone approach to the front entrance, jacked up and placed footings under the front steps & deck to prevent settling, regraded & widened the access to the rear of the house. Everything was finished off with topsoil and seeding. We are extremely satisfied with the work done and follow-up. Highly recommend without reservation."

"Belden Libby is wonderful to work with, patient with all my questions and flexible with working with another service for needed fence removal prior to his project. He had beautiful suggestions and the work on our backyard was beyond expectations. Max and Tyler worked hard to add a gravel driveway to our office/barn and then Max completed the work the next day to finish and also fix a river rock pathway Belgian block boundary that I put in haphazardly. The result is stunning. We enjoy our backyard so much more. Max also came back to make sure the fence company didn’t have any issues with their truck to the barn. Never had a company care so much. I can’t recommend them enough. The photo doesn’t even do it justice; looks so good!!!"

"Great work at a great price!!! Took one day to finish job! Very professional."

"I can't speak more highly of the work and service Soc and team provided at my retail business. My graveled parking area and driveway were previously installed incorrectly by another contractor. Libby came straight away to see how he and his crew could help. They quickly came up with a plan to fix the problem and restored the gravel surface, making it both safe, functional and gorgeous. Thanks so much!!!"

"Highly Recommended!"

"Libby(Soc) completely knocked this project out of the park! We bought our house and the back and side yard was overgrown and had standing water when it rained. Soc came saw the vision of what we wanted and completely transformed our yard into an actual usable space for our family. He dug drainage for the standing water, removed stumps hidden by the overgrowth, made a stone pad for future shed, re pitched our grade and topsoiled to finish. He even used some large rocks n boulders from around the property to make a beautiful natural stone retaining wall! Not only does he do amazing work he’s truly one of the nicest people you’ll have the pleasure of meeting! My wife and I are already coming up with new projects to keep him coming back!"

"We went from a quarter acre to accessing our entire 1 acre lot. Libby had the vision and we trusted in him to create the foundation for our landscape. We used a few of their services and expertise in forestry mulching, grading, moving rocks and bolders for esthetics. He went above and beyond to build a retaining wall and created a platform for a 12x16 shed. Libby has the machinery to do each part of the job with ease. Without having to rent or contract out services his prices reflect his personalized attention to detail and project management above and beyond. I am so thankful we trusted Libby and his amazing crew who also shared ideas and helped in the formulating of executing our vision for phase 1 of our project. Highly recommend and looking forward to phase 2 for additional transformation in the spring."

"Libby Property Maintenance, LLC. far exceeded our expectations. Belden and Stacia were extremely professional, beyond helpful through the process, and a pleasure to work with. We had a large in ground pool demolition along with filling it in. As you can see from the photos, you can’t even tell a pool was there! We would recommend this company to anyone who wants a hassle-free experience with a perfect outcome."

"Libby Property Maintenance helped us transform our lawn and to create a beautiful landscape. The transformation included brush removal, sod placement, steel edging, mulching, adding additional plants and bushes and cleaning up a pathway from the front to the back of the yard to add more charm. Working with Soc and his team was a pleasure, and I would highly recommend them."

"This company did a great job preparing a stone base for our shed. We highly recommend them. We will definitely be using their services again!"

"We found Belden Libby by doing an internet search and reading his Google Reviews. We needed to move a large shed to a different location on our property. He did a great job on our property in Lyme, CT. He is a very conscientious business owner and treated our project as if he were doing work in his own yard. We had just gotten a couple of inches of rain right before he began but his unique fiberglass lawn protectors kept our yard from becoming a mud pit from the heavy equipment that was used. His pricing was extremely fair and we would use him again in a heartbeat."

"Libby did a fantastic job for us clearing brush on either side of our property, taking down trees, creating a stone retaining wall and building a pad for a shed and trailer. He met with me quickly to to develop a proposal and was responsive and flexible throughout the project. I would certainly hire him again."

"Libby did a fantastic job on a major landscaping project to renovate our back yard. Belden responded quickly, working with only my general ideas, to design, scope and estimate the project based on our needs for drainage and improved yard space. The quality work throughout this project entailed construction of 100ft of a large boulder wall, downspouts tied into an integrated french drain system, some hillside terracing and complete grading/topsoil/lawn seeding for the work area. Libby had the know-how and tools to accomplish this all in-house. The project started at the time promised, was completed as fast as weather would allow and smoothly incorporated changes/requests throughout the process. My wife and I love the new look of the yard and it handles the drainage needs perfectly. We both agree that this is one of the best value service purchases we have ever made. Libby is definitely worth your consideration for any landscaping projects!"

"We highly recommend this company. They are great to work with, responsive and well priced. We just bought a house with a yard covered with brush, stumps and shrubs that needed to be removed. Libby cleared it out and leveled the land making our yard look great. We will have them back out in the spring to add topsoil and seed."
