When a septic leaching field gets swallowed up by overgrowth, it stops doing its job. Trees, shrubs, and dense brush put serious pressure on leach field systems - root intrusion, compaction, access issues. For an apartment building, that's not just an inconvenience. It's a liability.

We came in with our forestry mulching equipment and cleared the entire acre. No hauling debris off-site, no burning, no piles left behind. The mulcher grinds everything down on the spot - brush, saplings, stumps - leaving a clean, workable surface. It's one of the most efficient ways to clear land like this without tearing up the ground underneath.

What you end up with is a cleared area that's actually functional. The leach field can breathe again. Maintenance crews can access it. The system can do what it's supposed to do. That's the whole point.

A lot of property owners don't realize how fast an acre of land can get out of hand. A few seasons of unchecked growth and you've got a wall of vegetation where there used to be open space. Forestry mulching is one of the fastest ways to get it back under control - and keep it that way.
